Payment:

Orders can be placed over the telephone, via our website or during your visit to our workshop. All orders must be paid in full before despatch or collection of your item. Unfortunately we do no currently accept credit or debit cards. On confirmation of an order we will request a minimum deposit of 50% due to all items being hand-made to order. Any product that we produce using the measurements that you provide to us will be non-refundable if the item does not fit. Please check any measurements or details as we do not accept responsibility if they are not correct.

 

Refunds and Returns:

If a product has been made incorrectly to our own measurements we will endeavor to get the item changed or replaced as quickly as we can. If we can't do this for any reason or because of certain circumstances which our beyond our control we will issue a full refund.  

 

Guarantee:

All Clover Fabrications products carry a 1 year guarantee; please note this warrantee does not cover damage by destructive dogs or horses, accidental damage or misuse. Please note that this guarantee does not cover standard wear and tear of the powder coated finish of our products.
